Our main platform, located in Courthézon, in the south of France, has a storage area of 36,000 m². Located in the immediate vicinity of the port of Marseille-Fos, this strategic position enables us to streamline shipments by sea and quickly serve areas where our customers are located, such as Africa, the Middle East, the Indian Ocean, and the Pacific.

In addition, we have a storage area based in Écully near Lyon, which includes an agile logistics structure located close to Lyon Saint-Exupéry International Airport. This dual location also allows us to offer air shipments to meet the urgent or specific needs of our customers worldwide.
Our logistics are fully in line with BALMORAL INTL’s eco-responsible approach: more than 95% of our production is carried out in Europe, we optimize our supply chains, and we rigorously manage our inventory and product traceability
Our partners’ satisfaction depends on the reliability of our deliveries. Thanks to optimized logistics, permanent stock, and proven responsiveness. In 2024, our service rate averaged 94%, and our goal for 2025 is to achieve an average service rate of 96%, even in the most demanding markets.
