At POL’HOP, we know that reliable logistics are essential to support our international partners. That’s why we have developed an efficient organization that guarantees fast, optimized, and environmentally friendly deliveries.
Our main logistics platform is located in Courthézon, in the south of France, close to the port of Marseille-Fos, France’s second largest commercial port. This strategic 36,000 m² location facilitates the transport of our products by sea, particularly to Africa, the Middle East, the Indian Ocean and the Pacific. Thanks to this privileged position, we are able to reduce transport times. In addition, we are able to carry out groupage (LCL), in order to offer maximum flexibility and ensure deliveries within the agreed deadlines.
In addition, we have a storage area based in Écully near Lyon, which includes an agile logistics structure located close to Lyon Saint-Exupéry International Airport. This dual location also allows us to offer air shipments to meet the urgent or specific needs of our customers worldwide.
Our logistics are fully in line with BALMORAL INTL’s eco-responsible approach: more than 95% of our production is carried out in Europe, we optimize our supply chains, and we rigorously manage our inventory and product traceability.
Our partners’ satisfaction depends on the reliability of our deliveries. Thanks to optimized logistics, permanent stock, and proven responsiveness. In 2024, our service rate averaged 94%, and our goal for 2025 is to achieve an average service rate of 96%, even in the most demanding markets.
